

This month marks a very special milestone for – it’s been one year since we were officially recognised as a Disability Confident Employer.
The Disability Confident scheme, run by the UK Government, supports employers in making the most of the talents that disabled people can bring to the workplace. Being part of this initiative is about more than just a badge; it’s about building a culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
