Aberdeen-based Hutcheon Services was established in 1974 and employs over 170 skilled tradesmen, apprentices, management, technical and administrative staff, serving the breadth and depth of the modern construction industry across all areas and sectors.
In 2020, Hutcheon HQ awarded the commercial cleaning contract to Tidy Green Clean Aberdeen South because of a convincing tender, strong values and its growing reputation.
This is the high-profile commercial headquarters of a large Aberdeenshire business with an excellent reputation. Every day, it is filled with the HQ team, its tradespeople and customers and suppliers and the high standards that Hutcheon Services delivers to its customers must be reflected at all times in the exemplary appearance and hygiene of its HQ.
In light of the global pandemic, they realised that they wanted to have an even stronger focus on cleaning and hygiene. Tidy Green Clean was invited to provide a Deep Clean for the whole premises to ensure that everything was sanitised to a level that would make the premises Covid-19 secure. Once that was completed, the team was invited back to deliver Daily Cleaning and other cleaning services during the pandemic to encourage staff to return to the offices to work.
Tidy Green Clean Aberdeenshire South’s Regional Director, Grant Peterkin and team provides a daily cleaning service for Hutcheon Services Ltd. The client cleaning schedule was created specifically for them and has continued to evolve over the life of the contract. The site is audited monthly to make sure that the schedules are being followed properly and that standards are consistently high, which has removed the hassle and worry about the HQ’s hygiene and cleanliness standards from its senior team.
