About Every Student: 

Every Student manages student accommodation across Aberdeen, with four different residence blocks offering a variety of living options for students. The team at Every Student is dedicated to providing students with an excellent living experience, including modern amenities and well-maintained facilities. The comfort and well-being of students are their top priorities, and TGC plays a key role in helping them achieve this. 

The Cleaning Services We Provide: 

TGC has been working with Every Student since 2023, providing comprehensive commercial cleaning services to ensure their accommodations are kept in top condition. Our services include: 

• Twice-Monthly Kitchen Cleaning: Communal kitchens are central to student living, where students gather, cook, and socialise. We provide a thorough cleaning service twice a month, which includes the cleaning of kitchen surfaces, appliances, and floors. Ensuring these areas are hygienic is essential for the health and well-being of residents, and our team takes great pride in delivering this service. 

• Shared Bathroom Cleaning: The shared bathrooms in Every Student’s accommodation also receive our twice-monthly attention. We thoroughly clean and sanitize toilets, showers, sinks, and floors, ensuring that students have access to clean and safe facilities. 

• End of License Deep Cleans: At the end of each academic year or tenancy period, TGC carries out intensive deep cleans of student rooms and shared facilities to prepare the spaces for new residents. These cleans include thorough attention to all surfaces, appliances, and fixtures, ensuring that each accommodation unit is restored to a high standard of cleanliness. This service plays a crucial role in supporting Every Student’s commitment to providing welcoming, move-in-ready homes for incoming students. 

This close collaboration has been a key part of Every Student’s ability to consistently deliver a positive experience for their residents. Operations Manager, Judith Ritchie says: 
 
“We thoroughly enjoy working with Tidy Green Clean – the team are extremely accommodating, efficient and easy to deal with.  From an operational perspective, having outsourced the cleaning function means we can proactively maintain the standard of our accommodation, spreading the load throughout the year, making it much less of a headache when we come to our busiest check out / check in times during the Summer months.  We strongly believe that our fortnightly kitchen and shared bathroom cleaning regime helps our students have a better experience in what is, for many, their first home away from home.”  

Looking Ahead: 

We are excited to announce that TGC will soon be expanding its services to include room cleaning for Every Student’s residents. With a strong commitment to providing the highest standards of cleanliness, we will be offering: 

• Ensuite Room Cleaning: For just £20 per room, Tidy Green Clean will provide a comprehensive cleaning service for ensuite rooms. This will include cleaning surfaces, floors, and ensuring that all facilities are in pristine condition. 

• Non-Ensuite Room Cleaning: For £15 per room, we will also offer cleaning services for non-ensuite rooms, focusing on keeping the living spaces clean, tidy, and well-maintained. 

This service is designed to provide students with the option to have their rooms cleaned professionally, giving them more time to focus on their studies, social activities, and overall well-being while living in Aberdeen.
