Maintaining standards and customer relationships is crucial. Kinga explains, “If I see something being missed, I know it could become a problem. We want to fix it early.” The audit supports our cleaning teams, highlighting areas for improvement and providing additional training.

The audit includes photographs and evaluations of what’s good, what needs improvement, and any unacceptable conditions. Customer feedback is also considered, addressing any specific issues or challenges they have.
