1. Tell us a bit about yourself
I’m Beata and I’m a mom to two daughters. I have lived in Aberdeen since 2010.
2. What do you enjoy about the job and why do you think good cleaning is so important?
I enjoy achieving, getting good feedback from my management and the knowledge that I have performed to the great standards we have, without any negative feedback from the customers. I believe that good cleaning not only provides a safe and welcoming space for our clients but it also works to the benefit of the company, as a great business card for possible future business growth.
3. How long have you worked for TGC Aberdeen South? Why did you chose us and what do you enjoy about the challenges of a supervisory role?
I have worked for TGC for just over 5 years now. I decided to go with TGC as I heard really good opinions about the company, that the company puts the employees’ well-being as one of the priorities and was recommended by one of my friends. The challenges of my role help me understand in depth the company’s procedures and have more insight into the day-to-day company life.
4. Why are Tidy Green Clean’s values about people and the environment important to you?
I believe that everyone is responsible for the environment. Using eco-friendly products means we help with combating the ecological crisis At the same time, we create safer environments to work in, which in turn helps to boost our customers’ productivity and they will achieve better results.
5. What would you like to see happen in the future for you at TGC?
I like working with people as well as new challenges. I also hope that the management will continue to be satisfied with my work!

2. What do you enjoy about the job and why do you think good cleaning is so important?
I enjoy delivering great service to customers at all times, as well as making sure that everything runs well and smoothly.
3. Why did you chose TGC Aberdeen South and what do you enjoy about the challenges of a supervisory role?
I enjoy working under pressure as well as being a part of a big team.
4. Why are Tidy Green Clean’s values about people and the environment important to you?
I have always been an eco-friendly individual and enjoying doing something good for the earth.
5. What would you like to see happen in the future for you at TGC?
I would like to see our team grow and develop even more. I find it very interesting and exciting. It’s definitely a new experience being a supervisor, but I do very much enjoy it!
