Tidy Green Clean, the leading environmentally friendly commercial cleaning business that operates on a franchise model with headquarters in Aberdeen, is delighted to formally announce two promotions at its Tidy Green Clean Aberdeen West franchise, headed up by Callum Cruickshank.
Leanne Robertson and Rebecca Cruickshank who both joined TGC in the last 18 months have been promoted to further advance their careers within the business.
Rebecca has been promoted to Operations Manager TGC looking after all aspects of the business – including staff training, Health & Safety, and supporting customers to ensure that Tidy Green Clean’s cleaning teams are performing as customers expect. She says,
“I am delighted to be able to work in such a great company that shares so many of my values. Our team is our most important asset and TGC looks after them; without them we don’t have a business. I like being out seeing our customers and how the cleaning teams are getting on so that I can make sure we’re doing everything we can to keep customers happy and satisfied with the work we do.”
Leanne Robertson has been promoted to Business Support Manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day office operations at TGC Aberdeen West. She’s involved with customers, staff, and suppliers and with the business experience high volumes of growth, there’s a lot to do. She says,
“I am delighted to be given this additional responsibility and I really enjoy having a finger in every pie, making sure that what’s happening is supposed to be happening. For me I am very much a helping to organise in the background kind of person, I like to be able to give that support as the company grows. For example, I make sure our cleaners know they can message me and f I can help them, I do help them or make sure someone can fix a problem for them. This is part of our values, that people feel like they are heard and appreciated.”
Callum Cruickshank said,
“I have a fantastic team and Leanne and Rebecca are integral to the success we’re having – and the high levels of satisfaction our customers experience day-to-day. I am delighted to see both these key members of my business promoted and doing so well. We’re still a young company and we’re growing at pace and that’s why it’s so important we have the right people in place to look after our customers and staff, as well as our suppliers, so that we deliver the outstanding commercial cleaning and other services customers demand.”
