Established in 1986, Stirling University Innovation Park (SUIP) is home to over 60 businesses, covering 109,234 square feet of office and lab space. The Innovation Park seeks to create an environment that will nurture the development of businesses with high growth potential in a new era of convergent technologies.
In order to achieve that key objective a strategy has been devised to focus on attracting tenants in sectors seen to offer significant commercial opportunity while contributing to the wider sustainable economic agenda.
With more than 60 different businesses occupying a range of office and laboratory spaces, SUIP has to ensure that the customer experience is the same for each one. That their aspirations to be an economic centre for the region, with a specific focus on convergent technologies, are matched by the physical setting. In other words, their clients need to have a healthy and hygienic environment in which to work.
Tidy Green Clean Forth Valley provides cleaning services for all communal areas across the site.
This includes the conference facilities, as well as all the washrooms serving the tenant businesses. In addition, TGC Forth Valley also provides hygiene services for all the washrooms, as well as providing office and lab cleaning for the majority of tenants at SUIP. Our team of three works 5 days per week, for approx. 60 hours a week, maintaining the high standards SUIP delivers.
TGC Forth Valley has worked with SUIP since 2021. Sue Hamilton for SUIP said,
Working with Tidy Green Clean means our tenants feel secure and comfortable in their working environment. They can focus on their businesses without having to worry if the kitchens or toilets are clean and tidy. Our partnership with them is having a positive effect on the success that SUIP has, both in terms of how tenants’ staff feel about working here, tenant turnover, and how easily we replace tenants who do move on. I have no hesitation in recommending Tidy Green Clean’s office cleaning and additional services to any business considering them.
